CPD Trainer - Special Educational Needs (SEN)
 
  1. Are you an expert in teaching educators how to teach students with that have SEN?
  2. Have you delivered any INSETS to teachers in your home country or abroad?
SeekTeachers Consultancy is looking for qualified and experienced Teachers that have delivered SEN Differentiation Training to Teachers to be part of a NEW exciting project that SeekTeachers is looking to launch.  Training will be done in the medium of English and will be both online and off line as the project grows. 

We are keen to seek CPD Trainers that have already delivered Special Educational Needs Differention Training or have expert knowledge in this field. Further details about this new training course will be given to those short listed.
 
Requirements to Apply
  • Have a Bachelors degree with a teaching qualification
  • A M.Ed is preferred
  • MUST have experience of Teacher Training
  • At least 3-5 years of teaching experience
  • Ideally 2 years experience of delivering CPD training sessions (in person or online)
  • Have a high command of written and spoken English
  • Be Tech savvy and competent to use MS Suite
  • Must be able to work after school hours
  • Being able to speak Arabic is beneficial but not essential
  • Train the Trainer Certificate is beneficial
  • Experience of being a Teacher Trainer internationally is preferred.
Please note this is NOT a full time position and will supplement your existing full time job as the CPD training sessions will be conducted after school hours (for 2 hours approximately) online or on the weekends, one to two times a week.
 
Job Duties:
  • Create engaging content to deliver training in English medium
  • Able to deliver CPD Training online or in person (when needed)
  • Review and modify the CPD training sesstion to further enhance the course
  • Attend meetings where needed to enhance the CPD training further
  • Create CPD resources to promote the Differentiation Course.
  • Promote the CPD training session to educators globally
Salary is based per CPD training session conducted. Further details can be discussed if you are shortlisted.  If you are able to deliver SEN Differentiation CPD in Arabic, we encourage you to apply also.

These assignments are project-based work and could be subject to becoming full-time

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
