The Ideal Applicant:
The ideal candidate will possess both excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an excellent knowledge of the American Common Core Curriculum, developed both through outstanding practice and study. The ideal candidate will be able to top provide a reference with regards to successful work within a strong Leadership Team and will be able that he/she has made a significant impact regarding achievement and attainment within a Middle School Setting. The ideal candidate will have a history of managing and contributing to whole school events, managing internal communications within a Middle School setting, and possess experience in designing Academic Year calendars, Leading, and managing the day-to-day performance of teaching staff and ensure the effective development, documentation, provision, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing review of the Middle School’s educational programs.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor degrees (Degree in Education preferred but other subject area backgrounds WILL be considered)

Valid U.S Teaching License, PGCE with Qualified Teachers Status (QTS), Bachelor of Education or SACE Certification

A Minimum 6 years of experience, a Minimum of 4 within a similar role.

Extensive Knowledge of the American Common Core Curriculum
