Below is the list of some duties and responsibilities for this position:

The candidate is expected to Input data using SIMs packages to assist with the fully integrated student database.

Ensure maintenance of the school SIMS system, set up staff accounts, access rights, attending
-
training courses and training staff internally.
-
Responsible for ensuring that system backups are run.
-
Responsible for the upgrading of the system and issue notification to the staff of changes in the modules
-
from each upgrade.
-
Awareness of external SIMs training and matching this to internal need.
-
Prepare and deliver SIMs training in house to appropriate cohorts of staff.
-
Supervision of data input to ensure accuracy.
-
Reporting on all data held within SIMs.
-
Reporting and solving SIMs software problems – liaising with vendors when necessary.

Keep accurate records of all groups in SIMS
-
Co-ordinate with SENCO to ensure all SEN information is accurate and up to date.

Determine the need for and arrange provision, analysis, and evaluation of data and detailed reports

/information.

Provide detailed analysis and evaluation of data/and produce detailed reports/information as required.

Write, design, and produce reports illustrating trends in school data.

High powered presentations on data analysis.
Requirements to apply
-
MUST have a degree in Computer Science
-
Ideally, I will prefer candidates with a teaching license eg. B.Ed, PGCE, etc in a related subject

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with an international school
-
The candidate should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English
-
Be able to supply at least 2 education/school based references
-
No open university degree is accepted based on our clients' demand

The salary scale ranges from 15,000 QAR - 16,000 QAR per Month (TAX-FREE)

The salary package vary with different candidates based on teaching experience and educational qualifications
