Founding Academic Director of English | Teach in Saudi Arabia

My client is located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are a premium suite of schools set in enviable accommodation within state-of-the-art facilities. My client has educational programmes (National and American Diploma) which is led and delivered by highly accomplished educationists.
 
The incoming Founding Academic Director for the School’s KG – G12 English Program scheduled for August 2020 or sooner, will be suitably trained and qualified and a graduate from a leading, recognised University. They will ideally possess, a defined Bachelor of Education Degree and be able to demonstrate proven successful Supervisory and indeed English Teaching/Lecturing experience (minimum 10 years) within a suitably recognized Elementary/Middle and/or High School/College programs.
 
In particular, my client English Program will be characterized by a holistic approach to its educational delivery, all of which will be underpinned and benchmarked against a set of high standards and expectations embedded within the Group’s ‘School Charter and Foundations for Teaching and Learning Framework’ (enclosed); the recruitment process is focusing on the identification of individuals who will best profile against these collective commitments.
 
My client's English Program situated within the National School will have a clearly articulated process of Performance Management and Annual Individual Review which will be contained within its developing ‘Framework for Sustained Excellence.’
 
In addition, individuals able to present and demonstrate through the selection process as resilient, flexible, problem solvers and are relationship and performance driven will be viewed as highly desirable. Whilst evidence of Higher Degrees will be favorably looked upon, it is the thorough assessment of an individual’s knowledge, experience, skill set and personal and professional character benched against the above criteria, which will identify the successful candidate.

  3. Degree (s) in Education 
  4. Qualified Teacher Licensed Status from home country

  6. Satisfactory Police checks 
  7. Outstanding References

Qualification:

Additional:
**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in English
**Having a Master's is beneficial to your application ideally in English/TESOL/TEFL
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 14000 up to 15000  SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
