We are looking to recruit an outstanding Head of Boarding who will take a strong lead to further develop strong tradition of individualised pastoral care and academic success.
Requirements

A Degree (preferably from a Western University in Australia,Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa and USA

A Formal Teaching Qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status, PGCE, PGdip, BEd, DipT

Minimum 5 years relevant experience at bording school.
The Head of Boarding is accountable to the Deputy Head (Pastoral) for the leadership and management of boarding for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students, and for the sustained and measurable improvement in the School’s boarding provision. S/he is responsible for excellence and compliance in boarding, and for ensuring that boarding care is continually improving. The Head of Boarding will be a Designated Safeguarding Lead and will help ensure that the School effectively applies its Safeguarding policy. S/he will contribute to the School’s overall improvement strategy and will support Deputy Head (Pastoral) in its effective implementation and review, including leading the boarding aspect the school into a new inspection framework.
