 Our client is a British school that offers both UK National curriculum and International Baccalaureate for students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5 and with an option for International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) after they completed Key Stage 4 and wish to change to IB curriculum. This international school is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies teacher to join them in August 2014.
 
To apply, you will need to meet the following:
 
- Bachelor degree in Business Studies or relevant subject;
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS;
- Must have UK/IBDP teaching experience;
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience;
- Must be English native speaker;
- Flexible to adapt into new culture
 
The school is set on a large piece of land with 2 main blocks being used as primary and secondary block respectively. The school has excellent range of facilities such as classrooms with interactive whiteboard, science labs, library, ICT labs, art & design room, music room, gymnasium and indoor sport hall. The school also has an excellent outdoor facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court, field track and a large playing area.
 
The private British school was first opened more than 20 years ago and has gained an outstanding reputation in the area. The school has approximately 1200 students at present and offers educational for students aged between 5-18 year old. Local students made up to 95% of the student population with a small amount of expatriate students coming from UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
 
Egypt has long been known a place for one of the Seven Wonders of the World aka the great pyramids. Egypt has been a great tourist destination for many years and  continues to be, due to the low cost of living. In fact Egypt is known to be one of the cheapest places in the world to live, so teacher either starting out or if you are a  well seasoned teacher will have the chance to save some money. For example to feed a family of 4 in a restaurant is only £10.  Egypt is rich in history with antiques dating back centuries, yet you have modern hotels and shopping malls to enjoy the luxuries this country has to offer.

Prefer candidates with international experience

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary up to 18,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided
