SeekTeachers is recruiting for an experienced and flexible HR Executive to join our established client in Singapore.
The school is located in an exclusive residential area in the city, approximately, 15 mins away from downtown.
This international school offers a unique bilingual programme (English and Mandarin) to its students and is currently catered for children from 3 to 18 year old. The school has around 400 children at present and still growing.
Requirements to apply:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related subject
- Minimum of 2 years HR working experience in international school/organisation
- Fluent English speaker
- Willing to travel (domestic or internationally)
- Strong management and organisation skills
- Mandarin speaker is beneficial
Job descriptions:
**Assists HR Manager in effective implementation of HR Plan
**Assists HR Manager to coordinate with IT to monitor and update staff intranet
**Arranges interviews and ensures availability of human resources requirement
**Provides a full spectrum of HR services. Sets up HR policies and framework to align with organization’s goals
**Manages staff Performance, work review and performance management, and organizes performance appraisal exercise
**Maintains proper record on teaching and support staff
**Prepares employment contracts
**Ensures proper filing of staff personal files
**Ensures all staff are covered with company insurance
**Assists in the monthly calculation of staff remuneration
**Sends monthly updates and reports of staff movement to parent company
