We are currently looking for an enthusiastic primary teacher for our client based in Doha, Qatar.
Our client is a private international schools and offers educational service for children aged from 6 to 18 year old and it currently has over 1200 students enrolled in the school. The school provides excellent facilities such as IT rooms, science labs, good size of classrooms to create a good teaching and learning environment for both the students and teachers. It now consists of 30% of local teachers and 70% expat teachers with over 20 different nationalities.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Education or in any relevant subject;
- Teaching Qualification (PGCE/QTS in Primary)
- Minimum of 3 years primary teaching experience
- Excellent knowledge of UK curriculum
- English native speaker
- Strong communication skills
Job descriptions:
*Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for student in Primary level
*Monitor, assess and record students’ learning progress
*Communicate with parents and ensure they aware of their child’s progress and development
*Supervise students inside and outside the classroom activities
*Maintain classrooms discipline in accordance with the school’s procedures
*Encourage students to think and talk about their learning
*Participate in parents meetings
*Participate in school and department meetings
*Participate in professional training activities
