SeekTeachers is seeking for an experience pre-school teacher to join our client's established team in Hong Kong this August. This position is permanent and to teach infants aged between 1 and 2.
This nursery is located in Hong Kong island with a beautiful villa campus. The classrooms are in good size and beautifully decorated. Other facilities include music room, art room, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor playroom, sleeping room and medical room.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship wiht each child and family
- Promote parent-child bonding and nurturing parent-child relationship
- Responds consistently to infants' needs
- Organise activities to provide children with variety experiences and opportunities to allowa them to develop
- Respects infants' curiosity about each other, ensures that children treat each other gently
- Maintain a safe, clean, care giving environment
- Provides for the physical safety of each child from arrival time until departure time
- Plan activities for children with special needs
- Attend all training opportunities and staff meetings as provided and scheduled
- Observes children to detect signs of illness or injury
Hong Kong is one of the busiest, safest and trendy cities in the world. Due to the size of land and the huge population in the city, the skyscrapers create the most beautiful skyline in the world. Designer shops, gadget shops, computer shops and shopping malls are everywhere, some people even classified shopping in Hong Kong is a sport activity. Hong Kong has an excellent and well developed transportation network, it will take you only less than an hour to go anywhere in the city. Nightlife in Hong Kong is excited and busy.
