School Information
The school has over 1500 students in roll most of which are Arabic. All the children attending the school have wealthy families and are hardworking children. There is around 300 international students at the school who all mix in well with all other pupils. The management want to ensure that the students are receive the best education so are only employing highly train and fully qualified teachers. The teachers all have a minimum of two years’ experience.

The facilities are used regularly by the teachers to ensure they are varying their teaching styles. All classrooms are highly equipped with interactive white boards and advanced learning resources. These resources help the teachers ensure their students are always engaged within their lessons and also working hard to achieve their predicted grades.
 
Teacher’s Duties:
**Attend weekly meetings that will be held by you head of department
**You should ensure that you are planning preforming engaging lessons to motivate your students
**You should ensure you are maintaining a high level of discipline in the classroom
**You should ensure you are complying with the state regulations and the board’s policies
**Show a strong amount of knowledge about the English curriculum
**You should assign reasonable tasks and homework for all students in the classroom
**Ensure you are differentiate the abilities in the classroom and setting out work accordingly to their skills.
