Head of KG

  • Lead the Early Years/KG department, ensure curriculum delivery, mentor teachers, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
    Requirements:
    ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education/Early Years Leadership
    ✅ 5+ years teaching experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
    ✅ Experience with IB PYP, UK EYFS, or similar
    ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

Head of Primary

  • Oversee the Primary department, support teacher development, monitor student progress, and maintain a positive school culture.
    Requirements:
    ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education
    ✅ 5+ years teaching experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
    ✅ Experience with UK, IB, or US Primary curricula
    ✅ Leadership, mentoring, and curriculum management skills

Head of Secondary

  • Lead the Secondary department, track student outcomes, support teacher growth, and promote academic excellence.
    Requirements:
    ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education/subject area
    ✅ 5+ years teaching experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
    ✅ Experience with IB, UK, or US Secondary curricula
    ✅ Strategic leadership and problem-solving skills

Whole School Principal

  • Provide overall vision and leadership, ensure excellence across departments, manage staff development, and liaise with parents and community.
    Requirements:
    ✅ Master’s in Educational Leadership/Administration
    ✅ 7+ years teaching experience, 3+ years in senior leadership
    ✅ Proven experience with IB, UK, or US curricula
    ✅ Excellent strategic, interpersonal, and organizational skills
