Role Overview

As a Physics Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons based on the British curriculum (GCSE, A-Level)

  • Cover key topics such as mechanics, electricity, waves, and thermodynamics

  • Use diverse teaching methods to engage students and address different learning needs

  • Track student achievement and provide meaningful feedback

  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with the wider school community

  • Contribute to extra-curricular activities and ongoing school development

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or related discipline

  • Recognized teaching qualification or license (MANDATORY)

  • At least 2 years of Physics teaching experience within a British curriculum school

  • Excellent knowledge of physics concepts and strong classroom management

  • Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills

  • Openness to relocation and adapting to life in Kuwait

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Physics

  • Familiarity with UK exam boards (Edexcel, AQA, OCR)

  • First Aid/CPR certification
