Your Role
Teach English Language and Literature to middle and/or high school students following the American curriculum. Design engaging lessons that build strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills. Encourage a love of reading, writing, and creative expression. Use assessment data to guide instruction and support student achievement. Contribute to school-wide events, clubs, and enrichment programs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Valid teaching license or certification
At least 2 years of English teaching experience, ideally in an American or international school setting
Strong classroom management and curriculum planning skills
Native-level English fluency
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and student-focused educator

Tax-free salary: KWD 950 – 1,200/month (depending on experience)
