Salary: 1,200 – 1,500 KD/month (tax-free)

Your Leadership Role

• Oversee curriculum development and delivery across your subject department

• Mentor, coach, and evaluate department staff to ensure teaching excellence

• Drive innovation and high achievement in academic performance

• Coordinate departmental planning, assessment, and professional development

• Ensure alignment with school-wide goals and international standards

• Collaborate with school leadership on strategic improvements and student success

• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in your subject area (Master’s preferred)

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., teaching license)

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the subject area, with leadership experience (as HOD, coordinator, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of international curricula (British, American, IGCSE, IB, or similar)

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team

• Excellent organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
