Head of Secondary l Leadership roles  in Oman | Teach Abroad
 
We are actively seeking an experienced and accomplished candidate for the esteemed position of Head of Secondary in Oman for the upcoming academic year.

The schools are  committed to nurturing the potential of all staff, both teaching and support staff. School Demography in Oman:
  • Most schools in Oman follow an inclusive structure, running from Pre-K to Grade 12. However, they are typically segmented into Primary, Middle, and High School divisions to provide tailored education at each level.
Requirements to Apply:
  • Master's Degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Teaching license, such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent, in a related subject.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an international school setting .
  • Experience in schools offering IB, British, or American Curriculum
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Must provide at least 2 education/school-based references.
  • Up-to-date Police Check.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong commitment to promoting the school's educational ethos and vision.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
  • No open university degrees accepted based on our clients' demand
