School Demography in Oman:

Most schools in Oman follow an inclusive structure, running from Pre-K to Grade 12. However, they are typically segmented into Primary, Middle, and High School divisions to provide tailored education at each level.
Requirements to Apply:

Master's Degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.

Teaching license, such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent, in a related subject.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an international school setting .

Experience in schools offering IB, British, or American Curriculum

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Must provide at least 2 education/school-based references.

Up-to-date Police Check.

Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong commitment to promoting the school's educational ethos and vision.
