Biology Teacher

SeekTeachers is seeking an experienced Biology teacher to join our client in Beijing, China. Located in the Chaoyang District, the school offers modern, state-of-the-art facilities and currently enrols over 800 students from K–12. The school follows a dual curriculum in its Primary and Lower Secondary divisions, integrating both the Chinese and English curricula. Students in High School then progress to rigorous international programmes such as IGCSE, followed by either A Level or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and concept-driven Biology lessons within the IGCSE/A Level/IBDP framework
- Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world scientific understanding
- Contribute to curriculum development as the school continues to grow
- Support students academically and pastorally in line with the school values
- Collaborate with a dynamic international team of educators
Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
*Valid teaching qualification/certification.
*Experience teaching secondary Biology, ideally in an international or bilingual school environment.
*Commitment to innovation, professional growth, and reflective practice.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
