Role Overview
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

Develop and deliver creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early years standards

Create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere

Use play-based and interactive teaching methods to support holistic child development

Assess student growth and maintain regular communication with parents

Collaborate with fellow educators to support school-wide learning goals

Participate in professional development, school events, and planning meetings

Candidate Profile
Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (REQUIRED)

Valid teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a KG or early years setting

Native or fluent English speaker (instruction is in English)

Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Open-minded, culturally aware, and ready to adapt to life in Kuwait

Preferred:

Experience in international or bilingual schools

Familiarity with EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or other early childhood frameworks

First Aid/CPR certification
