Offered in partnership with Shirzad Chamine’s ground-breaking PQ program, this is a mental fitness program and can be done in conjunction with any of the coaching packages below, or as a separate program. It is accessed through our partner – Positive Intelligence® and delivered by 4CS Coaching.

About this Course

  1. This package is highly flexible. In this package schools access blocks of time as ‘credits’ that can be used flexibly; accessed based on locally determined criteria and need. Each credit represents 1 hour of coaching, which can be offered to senior or middle leaders based on school priorities and local arrangements.

  1. Establish a program of external professional support focused staff wellbeing
  2. Enable staff to have conversations with a coach that allows for confidentiality, and open honest dialogue about what matters to them

About this Course

  1. This is a structured coaching program arrangement. Individuals or Schools access a program of coaching on a ‘per person’ basis for identified individuals or on an ‘opt-in’ basis. This would include 6 sessions of coaching. The program would be supported by an initial ‘discovery session’ - setting clear objectives, 6 hours of coaching, and a final ‘completion session’. (8 sessions in all per person).

Course Outcomes

  1. Establish a program of external professional support focused professional roles, and wellbeing
  2. Enable staff to have conversations with a coach that allows for confidentiality, and open honest dialogue about what matters to them
  3. Begins to build a coaching culture as staff experience professional level coaching

About this Course

  1. This program is structured coaching and mentoring program arrangement. Schools access a program of coaching for identified teams who agree to be coached and mentored as a ‘group/single entity’. This would include up to 6 sessions of coaching/mentoring.
  2. The program would be supported by
    • an initial ‘team inventory/discovery session’ to establish clear collective goals/ objectives and current position
    • 6 hours of coaching – introducing a toolkit of techniques to enhance team cohesion and performance; and/or
    • structured themed mentoring (such as domains of high performance, leading change, effective conversations, my ‘preferences inventory’)
    • and a final ‘completion session’.

Schools access a program having identified one of two groups a) those that are aspiring to leadership roles, or b) already experienced leaders wishing to enhance their effectiveness and/or move towards career development.
  2. The program would be supported by
    • an initial ‘leadership competency inventory/discovery session’ to establish clear collective leadership development goals/ objectives and current position
    • Modular learning introducing a toolkit of tools, techniques, video resources, think pieces, research and evidence-based reviews on leadership, reflection activities and discussion forums to enhance leadership capability, and effectiveness Modular learning may include:
