How you can improve youngsters wellbeing from home?

As many teachers are homeschooling children via various methods such as online videos, setting assignments to complete, emails, or telephone to stay up to date.

This all can be overwhelming for the child if you want to know a simple way to boost their wellbeing and mindfulness then keep reading.

While you are carrying out the basic teaching for the student, a great way to support them mentally and physically is by practicing yoga and exercises with your students to keep them engaged. Even a quick 10 minutes activity is great for their health to perform better and keep a fun environment while learning.

This may be difficult to carry out but you could do extra by communicating with the parents/guardians, set out activities for them as part of their school work to ensure the child is taking part in healthy exercises and taking care of themselves.

These easy tips will improve their mood, maximise attention, and motivate them to continue studying from school:

  1. Create a fun activity (dance, exercising games)
  2. Set out fun activities for the children
  3. Encourage yoga practice
  4. Get parents involved to participate with their kids
  5. Create videos of doing activities they can follow step-by-step
  6. Online lesson + 1 type of exercise/activity
  7. Send them a list of educational games, websites, and resources to achieve better
  8. Send them useful videos that contain at-home exercises, activities specifically for them
  9. Encourage them to  do yoga with their family, friends or independently
  10. Send them a guide on healthy, nutritious food to ensure they are eating well
