Chinese government recommends online courses to boost MOOC

The Chinese government has issued 801 online courses for the year to maximise the growth of massive open online courses (MOOC) in China. The university and colleges that have to include these opened online courses are top-notch Peking University and vocations schools that were listed on an article on the Ministry of Education (MOE).

The subjects range from traditional Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Maths, English for a career in medicine, law to plenty of vocational skills courses such as veterinary medicine and dentistry.

The Ministry will analyse the courses to ensure it is helping the students to progress and they are benefitting from the subject/course, anything that doesn’t meet the standards will be removed.

This program is intact to boost the development of students and to ensure they are improving in education; learning up to an international standard worldwide with introducing 3000 more courses by 2020 to expand the education system in China.
