Why are teacher’s blamed for students learning?

Today, people believe that teachers are to be blamed for their children’s learning. This has caused a heat in the education world and caused many teachers to be furious and confused to when did this start to happen. Back in the days, the students will get blamed by parents for not performing well academically and to improve with the help of a teacher, but the tables have turned!

Children’s learning starts at home, where they learn, develop and grow and that really matters. The environment children grow up in and how parents take care of them with nurture really helps them mature effectively. There’s separation between the performance of wealthy children and poor children and certain ethnic backgrounds, where poverty and prosperity matter too.

Yes, teachers have a huge influence on the school and classroom but that is small in comparison to the influence of family. How children’s brains functions depend on their growth in the first five years of life, the learning is affected at home with the surroundings in which they develop and understand respect for learning and teachers.

Teacher’s hard work and quality are looked down on and they are held responsible for low marks and slow progress of children’s academic learning which causes conflicts. The social conditions, family background and the child’s growing state isn’t taken into account, but the teacher is when it isn’t their fault. Teachers are not in control of things outside their limits.

Teachers are very important for children’s learning and they do not control if a child is successful or failure. Other aspects should be taken into consideration such as family, community and respect for education to learn and desire to succeed.

Teacher’s effort should be appreciated and credited for their work; to wanting to teach your kids and help them in achieving their goals. You shouldn’t compare teacher and hold teacher A and teacher B accountable for Class A, B test marks. They work in a team and analysing which class performance is high or low doesn’t depend on the teaching or what happens in the class may be the least, but the majority comes down to social studies class, journey through the schools. Teachers are not in a competition, they are working together to the best of their ability to provide the finest for students.

If you think about their growth, learning, morals, manners, its affected by the upbringing and environment they have been in with the people around them, children follow others and if they are not in the best surroundings then that really impacts on them to end up becoming like others and lacking in basic characteristics. Their communication and reading skills depend on if they were our read to by parents; that will show their speed in learning on the first day of school, if they can’t perform basics then they are really lacking from basic skills that parents can easily invest some time in for their reform future.
