SeekTeachers is currently looking for an Economics teacher to join our client in Shanghai in February 2023. 
 
Our client was established in 2005 and is an educational organisation authorised by the CIE to offer A Level and IGCSE courses. It has also received its IB World School status few years ago.

The school is currently looking for an experienced Economics teacher to join them in 2023. 
 
Requirements to apply: 
- Bachelor degree in a relevant subject 
- A valid teaching qualification
- Have a min of two years of relevant experience 
- A Level/IBDP experience is highly desirable 
- International teaching experience is desirable

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 15-25 % Tax is applied
Flights:
 CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
