 The Ideal Candidate:
 
The ideal candidate will be both personable and have excellent communication skills, they will also provide highly engaging lessons with the use of modern-day literature and other forms of media. Emphasis will be placed on engaging students by using Novels, Texts, and the incorporation of Information Technology in the class. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the field, and references will indicate a track record of a history of effective teaching. Exceptional candidates will indicate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to put situations into REAL-LIFE contexts. Teachers will also be expected to maintain excellent classroom management in order to promote cohesion and professionalism and serve as a role model to the students they teach daily.

Educational Requirements:

**Bachelor's Degree in English Language, English Literature, TESOL/TEFL, Modern Classics, Linguistics or other Highly Relative Field

**PGCE with Qualified Teachers Status (QTS), Valid U.S Teaching License, Bachelor of Education or SACE Certification

**A minimum of two years teaching experience
