Our client, a school group responsible for several educational institutes across the United Arab Emirates
in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, and Al-Ain are currently seeking teachers of Computer
Science who are committed to developing young people’s understanding of technology. The role will
include networking and computer functions, and supporting the student's understanding of fundamental
data structures, and the use of logic and formal methods. The teacher will be provided with state-of-the-
art technology, he/she will use this as an aid to engage students and develop an ethos of LIFE-LONG
learners. Teachers will work in collaboration with other members of their teaching team to plan, teach, and assess the outcomes of all learners.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, managing, and improving the learning of their own
students and working cooperatively as part of a team. Teachers will have the ability to organize and
maintain records of their pupil’s development. The ideal candidate will inspire their students with a
A HANDS-ON approach to teaching and promote LIFE-LONG LEARNING within their class. Computer
Science Teachers will have subject knowledge of the following;

Experience of programming languages including Java, C++, Visual basic, HTMI< MYSQL

Knowledge networking CCNP (Highly preferred): CCSP and MCSE (preferred)
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science related field (e.g. Networking, Graphic design, etc.)

PGCE, American Teaching License, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent

Desirable;
-
2 years of teaching experience

IELTS 6 Academic or 6.5 General for non-native English speakers
