Our client, a school group responsible for several educational institutes across the United Arab
Emirates in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, and Al-Ain are currently seeking
DYNAMIC Educational Leaders to help DRIVE the WORLDS LARGEST EDUCATIONAL
REFORM.
Training Specialists in the field of English Secondary will be responsible for Preparing annual
training plans and deliver the training needs of English Language and Literature teachers and
related staff. Training specialists will be responsible for designing and developing training
programs and will provide technical support for the implementation of the English Secondary
curriculum.
The Opportunity comes with huge financial reward;

TAX-FREE Monthly Salary of up to AED 24,000 Per Month

Responsibilities
English Secondary Training Specialists will be responsible for assessing existing training
programs and measure their impact. Training Specialists will monitor the effectiveness of
training and measure the outcomes of professional development programs. Training specialists
will Co-ordinate the external training to prepare or develop the content of the training is provided
and offer training and support in the form of professional development plans for English language
and Literature Educators. Training Specialists will also be given the responsibility of Identifying
suitable staff to become internal trainers and prepare plans for qualifying them as certified
trainers.
Educational Requirements

MA/MSc in English Languages, Linguistics
Knowledge/Experience:
-
A minimum of three years’ experience in a senior learning and development role

A sound understanding of the mechanics of the English language
