Our client, a school group responsible for several educational institutes across the United Arab
Emirates in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain are currently seeking
DYNAMIC Educational Leaders to help DRIVE the WORLDS LARGEST EDUCATIONAL
REFORM.
School principals will serve as an educational leader, responsible for ensuring that all students are
supervised in a safe way that meets the approved curricula and mission of their school. As a principal
with specialist behavior intervention experience, you will be assigned to a school that requires extra
support in terms of behavior management. The expectation is that you will put an intervention plan into
place which will quickly improve the behavior of the school, therefore, improving outcomes for students.
The school principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for ensuring that all students are
supervised in a safe way that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school group.
The Opportunity comes with huge financial reward;
**TAX-FREE Monthly Salary of up to AED 35,000 Per Month
(£7,620) (€8,500) ($9,520)

Responsibilities
Principals will work with other Senior Leaders to manage a school to achieve the highest
possible outcomes for students. Behavior Specialists will be responsible for all aspects of self-
evaluation, delivery of a challenging curriculum, and manage a team of teachers and support
staff. The goal of a behavior Intervention Principal will be to ensure staff is empowered to
deal with behavior issues themselves inside the classroom.
Academic Requirements

NPQH or recent additional professional qualification

Must have experience working in a similar role foir at least 3 years
