Description

Responsibilities:
1. Researching and developing the general programs of the international department
- Being in charge of designing programs of the international department, including Montessori, English language and other involved programs (music, physical education,…) and ensure the effective implementation of the programs
- Collecting information on programs
- Creatingprogram documentation; including program overviews, syllabi, pacing guides, lesson plans, and supplemental activities
- Developingthe standards of assessment, including entrance and exit tests, periodic classroom tests and student progress report
- Implementing and monitoring the quality control cycle for all current English programs.
- Setting the direction for the programs
- Proposing the improvement plans for the quality of the programs
- Observing the classrooms and making the improvement reports
- Building and improving the standards of assessment to evaluate the students’ progress
- Supervising, tracking, evaluating the progress and academic performance of the children, making appropriate adjustments to the programs

2. Ensuring the quality of the teachers
- Collaborating with teachers to plan and oversee the teacher training in terms of professional development and processes)
- Organizing the meetings with the teachers to provide the feedback or coaching for them
- Monitoring teachers’ classroom performance and preparedness
- Offering initial and on-going professional development training to improve teachers’ instructional methods and in-class performance
- Responding to questions from teachers and administrators with regards to appropriate implementation
- Reviewing and updating student assessment standards and documentation periodically
- Identifying and creating the training needs for the teachers as requested

3. Participating in the conferences, events of the school

4. Serving as the effective communication channel between the school and parents

5. Interviewing and recruiting the staff for the school and department, assisting the induction and orientation of new teachers

6. Developing cross-cultural connections

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 3500  USD (U.S. Dollar)  based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
