The Ideal Early Years Teacher
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting YOUNG MINDS. They will have the ability to implement a variety of teaching styles and possess a CAN-DO attitude. The ideal candidate will also have experience in providing children with a wealth of experiences and understand the importance of PROJECT BASED LEARNING.Early Years teachers will possess the ability to develop a fantastic rapport with not only their class but the whole school and the wider community. The ideal candidate will also possess an engaging and warm personality and will deliver a range of different learning opportunities to stimulate and engage their students. This teaching style will be delivered with a personable approach and the teacher will take care and consideration in moving all their learners forward.
Requirements:
**Bachelor's Degree
**PGCE, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent
