Humanities Teacher (Female)| Teach in Sharjah (20 minutes away from Dubai) | Next Academic Year

We at SeekTeachers are currently seeking a female Humanities Teacher with the ability to deliver several aspects of Humanities (History and Geography) as per the British Curriculum, in a British Curriculum Teaching School, located 20 minutes away from Dubai, in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

The school’s principal has expressed that he is seeking a humanities teacher who possesses excellent knowledge of international history, geography, aspects of sociology  and can provide engaging and challenging lessons to stimulate student’s curiosity. Humanities Teachers will provide creative strategies and confidently use different online, electronic and reading materials to motivate their students. In addition, the outstanding applicant will possess the ability make the past come alive via the use of appropriate learning materials and storytelling. Teachers will be required to assess pupils progress and feedback to the department’s head of studies.

Educational Requirements

**Bachelor's Degree in History, Humanities, Geography, Sociology
(A field relative to the subject area)

**PGCE with a specialism in English or Education
