Requirements:

**Bachelor's Degree a Performance related subject

**PGCE with Qualified Teachers Status (QTS)

**Middle Management, Head of Department or Senior Leadership Experience

The ideal applicant will possess a kind and personable nature and engaging personality. As Head of performing Arts, the ideal applicant will have the ability to lead, motivate and manage the schools performing arts team.
The ideal applicant will strive to support the performing arts team to develop a diverse, imaginative and dynamic range of artistic programs for the school. The ideal applicant will provide exceptional opportunities for young people to participate and perform, under the direction of the Programmes Director. The Head of Performing arts is a member of the Senior Management Team and will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level.
 
Salary and Benefits

**Monthly Salary of up to 50,000 RNB (Approximately £5,000)
