**Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Field
**PGCE with Qualified Teachers Status (QTS)

My client is looking for individuals with a true passion for facilitating young people’s curiosity in the field of biology. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a successful teaching experience with the subject, and references will indicate a track record of a history of effective teaching. Exceptional candidates will indicate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to put situations into REAL-LIFE contexts. Teachers will also be expected to maintain excellent classroom management in order to promote cohesion and professionalism. Teachers and students will be exposed to state-of-the-art laboratories, and therefore, the ideal candidate will be expected to provide engaging PRACTICAL and HANDS ON experiences with the use of these resources. The outstanding individual will have the ability to use assessment as a tool to further develop their students learning and development.

**Monthly Salary of up to 40,000 RNB (Approximately £4,500)
