SeekTeachers is looking for an IBDP Coordinator on behalf of our client in China to start in Nov 2019. Our client is an established private international school in China, this particular branch is under a group of education organization.
About the school:
Our client is a newly established private school that offers education service for children age 2- 18 year old and follows the IBPYP, MYP & DP programme . The school is located in Guangzhou with great transport links that takes you to other cities in China such as Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Zhuhai/Macau.
The new school campus adheres to the design philosophy of "all around the learners" and offers plenty of sports facilities such as football fields, athletics track, swimming pools and lecture/multipurpose hall. It adopts the western style of health and ecological standards to create a world-class forest school.

**Bachelor Degree or above in Education/ relevant subject
**Teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/QTS/GDT/Teaching License)
**Fluent or native English speaker
**Experience of IBMYP curriculum is essential
**Strong ICT skills and evidence of integration of ICT within classrooms instruction
**Demonstrated commitment to on-going professional learning
Duties and responsibilities:
**Work with the School Principal to ensure that at all times the school’s curriculum provides a safe and supportive learning environment
**Coordinate all IBMYP activities
**Ensure that the school meets all IB regulations and deadlines
**Contribute to marketing the IB DP program, within and outside the school
**Ensure regular monitoring of students’ progress in their IBMYP subjects, keeping appropriate records
**Keep parents informed about their children's progress
**Meet with parents and students to promote and explain the IBMYP
**Prepare effectively for any evaluation visits
**Participates with the administration to develop a continuous improvement plan for both the individual teacher and the school
**Work closely with the whole school principal in the day-to-day management of the Middle School
