I am looking for ESL Teachers for a Language School in Qingdao, China, willing to START AUGUST 2019.
My client is one of the top Language Schools in Qingdao that offers top-quality education in English thanks to a specially designed curriculum that targets children within the age of 3 to 12, with specialized multi-perspective programmes to suit their needs in language studies.
Salary and package:
**RMB 15,000 - 23,000 per month before taxes (GBP 1,600 - 2,500)
**Travel Allowance: RMB 6,000 reimbursement for air ticket upon contract completion
**Accident insurance
**Housing: monthly RMB 2,000 accommodation allowance
**Visa and Work Permit Application: guidance provided
**Minimum one-year contract, contract renewal negotiable
**5 working days per week (40 HOURS) - off day falls on weekday, usually Monday and Tuesday

Responsabilities:
**Deliver high quality lessons for 2 to 12 years old children as in accordance to school's teaching guidelines
**Prepare lesson plans
**Producing students' appraisal report
**Communicating with students' parents
**Organize student testing, assessment, placement and induction
**Coordinate and deliver demostration lessons
**Be availabel to attend school marketing activities
**Attend outdoor classes and activities
**Assist in school marketing activities
**Preserve teaching materials in good conditions
In order to apply to this position you need to meet the following requirements:
**Native English Speacker (visa requirements)
**Bachelor's Degree or above
**TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
**No criminal records
**Relevant experience preferred
**Excellent communication skills
**Work well both individually and in group
**Responsible, patient, caring and enthusiastic in teaching and education
