Requirements to apply:
**Bachelors Degree (Early Childhood, Early Years, Primary, Elementary)
**Teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/Teaching Licence or Credential)
**Native speaker of English (US/UK/Canada/New Zealand/Australia/Ireland)
**Minimum of 4 years of experience
**Experiences in inquiry-based learning
**Ability to write high standard reports
**Skilled in MS office
**Experienced in integrating ICT into teaching and learning
Preferable requirements:
**Have received IBPYP or child psychology training
**Experienced in teaching English as a second language to young children
**Been involved in irganizing school and extracurricular activities
**Experienced in teaching 2-6 years-old students
**Experienced in organizing outdoor activities and entertainment programs
**Good at arts and crafts
My client is a bilingual early childhood center that offers individualized, inquiry-based learning apporach which encourages students to pursue their own passion and learning paths. Teachers, parents and students work closely together to build a strong learning community in order to develop student's capability in becoming a life-long learner. School's Curriculum is established under the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme's framework.
My client provides an exciting and vibrant work environment for experienced and dedicated staff who have a high commitment, energy and passion. Teaching candidates are evaluated on four key areas: high quality teaching practice, contribution to learning area and curriculum development, relationships with students, staff and parents and contribution to the whole school.
Salary and Benefits:
**RMB 300,000 per year before taxes (GBP 35,000 / EUR 40,000 / USD 45,000 / AUD 62,500 / NZD 67,000)
**Housing allowance RMB 8,000 per month
**Travel allowance RMB 10,000 per year
**Relocation Allowance: up to USD 1,000 for luggages and relocating, RMB 2,000 cash for settling
**FREE Medical Insurance: Beijing international private hospital cover, overseas emergency sickness cover
**FREE Work visa
**Holidays: 2 weeks for Christmas, 2 weeks for Chinese New Year, 1 week Spring break, 6 weeks summer holiday on full pay
