I am seeking for 2 capable ESL Literature and History Teachers ready to instruct Chinese Middle and High School Students in Guangzhou. My client requires teachers to start in September 2019.
As you will be working with 7-13 years old students you need to reach certain targets during all the academic year because this is a very delicate age for Chinese students because they will start to decide their academic path for the future. Your duties will include:
 
**Course: AP Literature, History, TOEFL Reading, Writing, Speaking
**Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
**Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area
**Maintain complete and accurate records of student progress and evidnece of growth and progress, mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work
**Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students
**Prepare and set tests, examination papers and exercises
 
My client is a well-established education company that works with Kindergarten Schools, Primary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Universities and Language Centres all aorund the Southeast of China so there are great opportunities for carrer prograssion within the company once the contract expires.
 
In order to apply for this job you need to meet the following requirements:
**Native English Speaker 
**Bachelor Degree or above (Literature, English, History, Linguistics)
**2-year or more working experience in teaching industry is preferable
**CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate
**Age: 22-55
**Non-criminal background check
**Reference letter
 
In exchange my client will offer you:
**RMB 17,000-22,000 per month
**Accommodation allowance
**Working hours: 33 contact hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.00-11.50am / 2.00-4.30
**Classes: about 25 classes per weel; 40 minutes per class
**Class size: 20-30 students (7-13 years-old)
**Syllabus and teaching materials will be provided by school, western and Chinese festival theme activities
**Holidays: weekends off and all public holidays, winter and summer vacation 
**Flight: RMB 5,000 upfront flight offered
**Visa: work visa, work permit and residence permit
**Up to RMB 2,000 for reimbursement of notarized and authenticated fee and visa application
**Job orientation course and on-going training
**Holiday allowance: RMB 3,000 winter vacation allowance
**Airport support
**Hotel reimbursment up to RMB 750

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 17,000 up to 22,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-15% Tax is applied

RMB 5,000 CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Gratuity Amount:
Gratuity Amount of RMB 3,000 is provided
Contract Length:
