We are seeking individuals who possess confidence in delivering lessons in the subject areas of Business Studies and Economics and have the ability to develop children's confidence and self-esteem.
Teachers will be expected to provide children with challenging, engaging and well-resourced lessons in the fields of Business Studies and Economics. Teachers will also be expected to support their Students in unlocking their full potential. Outstanding applicants will have the experience of dealing with students of a range of ages and will have the ability to deliver an exceptional standard of education.
Applicants will have the opportunity to help contribute to an ever-developing curriculum. They will also be able to confidently articulate ideas and suggestions of good practice and have a willingness to engage in continued Professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
**Degree in Business, Business administration, Economics, Commerce or Relatable Field
**PGCE, QTS or another Teaching Certificate
**A commitment to the innovation in Teaching and Learning initiatives
**Strong written and verbal communication skills
**A can-do attitude
**Possess the ability to both Inspire and Motivate
The Ideal Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be both personable and have excellent communication skills, they will also have the ability to provide solutions and encourage the students to adopt a similar mindset to problem-solving. The teachers will possess a proven track record with regards to both high-quality teaching and assessment in the area of business studies. Emphasis will be placed on engaging students through the use of Information Technology in the class. Confidence in the use of Microsoft Word, Spreadsheets, etc. is also vital within this role. The ideal candidate will also have strong classroom management and effective role modeling skills are also key in this role as the school aims to promote professionalism to the students.
