Primary Teacher | Qatar | ALL GIRLS SCHOOL
I am looking for child-friendly teachers for my client in the Middle East. This is a private school that delivers the UK national curriculum with students ranging from 3-18 years of age.
As a fantastic teacher you must be able to adapt and be easy going, be well organised, able to monitor and evaluate and review the effect of policies and plans, establishing clear targets for improving and sustaining pupil development and be able to create a stimulating and exciting atmosphere in the classroom, through attractive display of children’s work, use of books, artefacts etc.
Primary Teacher Requirements
**B.Ed in Primary Education with QTS or have a Bachelor Degree with a PGCE in Primary Education with QTS
**Have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
**Have a High command of a written and spoken English
**Be western trained
**Be up to date with modern pedagogy practice
**Be Tech-savvy and have good knowledge of MS office suite
Salary Package:
**Fresh graduate with no NQT -8,500QR
**1-2 Years’ experience - (NQT is considered as 1-year experience) 9,000 QR
**2-3 years’ experience- 9,500 QR
**3-5 years’ experience- 10000 QR
**5-8 years’ experience- 11000 QR
**9 plus years of experience- 12000 QR
Please note; Salaries are commiserated with appropriate educational qualifications and degrees. Only experience relevant to the position that is being applied for will be considered in determining the salary scale appropriate for the employee.
Teachers Package:
**Two-year contract
**Furnished apartment, either one bedroom or two depending on the seniority of the position
**Electric and water bills paid (not more than 200 Qr.)
**Wireless internet provided
**Round trip tickets yearly to point of origin or other destination with the equal ticket price
**National Health insurance registration
** One-time shipping allowance of QR 1400
**50% of the teacher’s children fees equal to our school fees. (Maximum 3 children)
