My client, the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates are currently seeking OUTSTANDING teachers of English to join their ever growing Team.

**TAX-FREE Monthly salary is 21,000 AED Per Month(£4,428)
**FREE Medical insurance for the teacher, spouse, and up to 3 children
**FREE flights for teacher, spouse and up to 3 children under 18 of age (entry and exit only)
**FREE visa for the teacher only (Teacher can sponsor family)
**Gratuity bonus upon completion of the contract
**Vacation as per the school academic calendar
**Two years contract renewable
the Ideal Candidate:
the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of OUTSTANDING Teaching and will of had experience in supporting students Grades 8 - Grades 12. All Teachers will be expected to manage the learning of their students by maintaining records and assessment as well as providing and managing all facilities whilst developing and maintaining teaching materials. Collaborate with other teachers and promote staff development in a pro-active manner. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and leadership skills and have the ability to work in collaboration with Cluster Teachers to implement and continually improve the curriculum teaching and assessment strategies. Teachers will also liaise with Student Counselors as required and communicate progress and performance to students and school management and administrative team.
Educational Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in English language and literature /linguistics/ applied linguistics.
**Qualified Teachers Status
**Excellent oral and written English essential.
**Native English Speakers only for this position
**Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at a middle or high school level.
**Experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.
**Native English Speakers are preferred. Non-native speakers are to achieve the IELTS Academic score 8.0
Preferable:
**CELTA or an equivalent certificate for teaching English as a foreign language
