I am currently seeking individuals who have a passion for developing the creativity of students of all ages. My client, an outstanding Private School in Dubai are looking for teachers in the field of performing arts with a proven track record of success. The successful applicants will have a minimum of three years teaching experience in the field of Performing Arts/Drama and will possess the natural ability to encourage students to develop their creativity. Teachers will be expected to provide an environment in which their students feel confident to perform. Teachers must a willing to contribute ideas and strategies to an ever-growing curriculum and have a commitment to professional development.
Salary
**TAX-FREE Monthly salary is 10,000 - 15,000 AED Per Month
**FREE Accommodation
**FREE Medical insurance for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children
**FREE flights for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children under 18 of age (entry and exit)
**FREE visa for the teacher only (Teacher can sponsor family)
**Gratuity Bonus upon completion of the contract
**Vacation as per the school academic calendar
**Two years contract renewable
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide outstanding drama/performing arts lessons to a range of different age groups and abilities. The ideal applicant will provide a supportive enviroment in which students will thrive and feel confident to express themselves and develop their creativity. The successful applicant will have the ability to create and develop an ever-growing curriculum, as well as communicating with other members of their team new styles of both teaching and learning.
Educational Requirements
**Degree in Drama or Equivalent Subject
or
**PGCE in Drama/Equivalent certificate
**Teaching qualification (e.g. DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
**IELTS 7 Academic for non-native English Speakers.
Desirable
**TEFL, CELTA, DELTA qualification
