An OUTSTANDING SCHOOL in Dubai are currently undergoing HUGE GROWTH and seeking 4 teachers of English to join their growing team in August 2019.
The School are looking for English Teachers with the ability to provide a positive and supportive learning environment to Secondary aged Children. All members of the team will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement and teaching of developing curriculum. Teachers will organise and participate in Professional Development sessions - This will include peer observations, model lessons, workshops and a host of other activities to promote effective teaching and learning. English teachers will also have the opportunity to work alongside other discipline specialists to help coordinate assignments and projects for their students. The team will be expected to work together to provide a 'Hands On' style learning which will encourage and promote learner’s engagement and participation. Teachers will provide an environment that will offer all students with a place to flourish and develop both their written and spoken use of the English Language.
Salary:
**Tax-Free Salary, 10,000 - 15,000 AED per month based on experience

The Ideal Candidate
This outstanding school in Dubai are looking for English Teachers with the passion and ability to engage students. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least two years teaching experience in the field of English. Teachers will have the ability to work to the local environment and be respectful of cultures and beliefs. Effectice english teachers will role model an inquisitive mind, provide their students with an engaging and promote a hands on style of learning - promoting a LIFE LONG approach to the learning of the English Language.
The ideal candidate will provide an engaging and exciting environment in which all abilities can flourish and develop their spoken and written skills. Teachers will use assessment as a tool to inform future planning and practice to further develop their student’s progress.
Qualifications
**Degree in English Language, English Literature or Relatable Field
**PGCE, QTS or another Teaching Certificate
**A commitment to the innovation in Teaching and Learning initiatives
**Strong written and verbal communication skills
**A can-do attitude
**Possess the ability to both Inspire and Motivate
