My client, an OUTSTANDING SCHOOL IN KUWAIT has recently expressed to me their interest in acquiring a teacher with a specialism in Special Needs to join their ever-developing team and help build an inclusive curriculum to all their pupils. The principal of this wonderful school has indicated to SeekTeachers their passion to further develop their totally inclusive ethos and has placed huge importance on fostering good and solid relationships with the local community. Salary:
** TAX-FREE up to 800 - 1300KD per month based on qualification and experience

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and have the ability to understand individual children’s specific needs. The teacher will be one with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will display an ability to use initiative and problem solve. It will be essential to collaborate with various classroom teachers and other outside agencies to both define and plan appropriate schemes of work. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management strategies and techniques and will also use assessment as a tool for monitoring individuals progress and to inform future planning.
 
Requirements
**Bachelor degree and above in Special Education Needs, Psychology, Education or reliable field
**Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS
**SEN qualification is required 
**Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Secondary SEN
