  • Minimum BA degree 
  • Formal school teaching certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant school leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Commitment to the holistic education of young people
  • Care, patience, perseverance and positivity
  • A high level of motivational ability to inspire both staff and students
  • Relevant knowledge and understanding of all subject/curriculum area and related pedagogy
  • A high level of personal literacy
  • Familiarity with computer programs including Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Outstanding people skills and the ability to work as part of a number of teams
  • Outstanding communication skills
