My client, The Ministry of Education are looking for experienced teachers of Chemistry to join their ever growing team in the United Arab Emirates. Applicants must have secondary school experience and possess a proven track record of success in their chosen field. The successful applicant will be required to work alongside a group of other talented teachers of science and will be able to provide their students with engaging and well-planned lessons. The teacher will be expected to unlock their students full potential by utilising the use of ICT and providing practical, scientific experiences.
The Salary:
**24,000 AED per month TAX FREE
**Free Medical Care for the successful applicant, spouse and up to three children
**Free Flights for the successful candidate, spouse and children (incoming and outgoing flights)
**Visas will be provided for the successful Candidate
**Gratuity Bonus as per UAE labour law
**A 2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field of chemistry by providing students with engaging and hands-on sessions. The teacher will have the ability to arouse the curiosity of their students and promote an interest in the subject of chemistry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to guide their students in finding solutions and support them in developing an inquisitive mindset. Teachers will deliver well planned and creative lessons, whilst using assessment as a tool to further progress their students learning.
Requirements:
**Degree in Chemistry or Science related subject
**A PGCE + QTS or valid teaching license in Chemistry or Science
**Ideally 2 years full-time teaching experience
**Be a Native English Speaker
Other Requirements:
**Excellent interpersonal skills
**The ability to make good decisions
**Confidence in the use of IT for the use of Electronic Teaching, tracking and assessment
**Possess the ability to apply your subject in real life
**A Commitment to continual professional development
