Primary and Secondary ESL Teachers|Language Development Role| Opportunity in the UAE
The Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates is seeking teachers of ESL. The MoE is looking for Primary English Teachers with the ability to provide a positive and supportive learning environment to Primary aged Children. Teachers will have the opportunity to work as part of a team led and supported by Lead Teachers and Specialists. All members of the team will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement and teaching of developing curriculum. Teachers will organise and participate in Professional Development sessions - This will include peer observations, model lessons, workshops and a host of other activities to promote effective teaching and learning. English teachers will also have the opportunity to work alongside other discipline specialists to help coordinate assignments and projects for their students. The team will be expected to work together to provide a 'Hands On' style learning which will encourage and promote learner’s engagement and participation. Teachers will provide an environment that will offer Arab children with English as an Additional language a safe and friendly environment that promotes social and communication skills.
Salary:
**TAX-FREE Monthly salary is 21,000 AED Per Month
**FREE Medical insurance for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children
**FREE flights for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children under 18 of age (entry and exit)
**FREE visa for the teacher only (Teacher can sponsor family)
**Gratuity bonus upon completion of the contract
**Vacation as per the school academic calendar
**Two years contract renewable

Qualifications:
**Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the EFL field (with experience of competency-based and interactive learning strategies)
**A degree in English language, Literature, the Teaching of English or Linguistics
**A commitment to the innovation in Teaching and Learning initiatives
**Strong written and verbal communication skills
**A can-do attitude
**Possess the ability to both Inspire and Motivate
