A growing international school based in Malaysia is recruiting for a KS2 teacher to join their successful team in January 2019. The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur and is permanent. 
 
This international school is located in the central of Selangor, approximately 30 mins away from downtown Kuala Lumpur.  The international school has a purpose-built campus caters for its students and state of art facilities. The school campus is spacious and provides a beautiful, green and secure learning environment. 
 
This international school follows the British National Curriculum from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4. The whole school has just over 400 children and 40 local and international staff. The teaching staff are all qualified, English native speakers teachers. 
 
The international school provides a range of amazing facilities. The school campus is purpose built with more than 40 classrooms equipped with smart board technology. Other facilities include art and music rooms, science labs, libraries, wireless ICT networking, multi-purpose hall, playing field, basketball court, swimming pool, assembly area, security guard house, medical room, pray room, cafeteria and dormitory. 
 
Malaysia is one of the popular working destinations to expatriates. The country is multi-ethnicity and multilingual where different cultures live together harmoniously. Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 7,000 up to 12,000  MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
