The ideal candidate will:
**provide outstanding teaching to create a vibrant and distinctive culture for learning for young people
**plan, prepare and deliver lessons to both Chinese kids and teens
**encourage students to communicate with each other using the structures and vocabulary they've learned
**help to improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
**devise, write and produce new materials, including audio and visual resources
**work in strict contact with the rest of the teaching team
** organize and get involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions
