Primary Position| ESL position in the United Arab Emirates| Teach in the Middle East
 
The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education have expressed their interest in finding HIGH-QUALITY English teachers with the ability to provide a positive and supportive working environment for their students. Teachers will work as part of a team with other lead teachers and specialists. All members of the team will play a vital role in contributing to the development of Children with English as an Additional Language. The team will be expected to work together to provide a practical and hands-on experience for the students with an aim to promote learner’s engagement and participation.
 
salary:
 **TAX-FREE Monthly salary is 21,000 AED Per Month
**FREE Medical insurance for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children
**FREE flights for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children under 18 of age (entry and exit)
**FREE visa for the teacher only (Teacher can sponsor family)
**Gratuity bonus upon completion of the contract
**Vacation as per the school academic calendar
**Two years contract renewable
 
The ideal candidate:
 The ideal candidate will possess a kind and personable nature. They will have extensive experience in developing children's language skills through a range of different strategies. The role will include individuals and educators from all over the world so the ability to integrate and mix with people from all walks of life is vital. The ideal members of staff will possess enthusiasm and have the ability to communicate ideas clearly to both other members of staff and their students.
 
Qualifications and educational requirements:
 **Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the EFL field (with experience of competency-based and interactive learning strategies)
**A commitment to the innovation in Teaching and Learning initiatives  
**Strong written and verbal communication skills
**A can-do attitude
**Possess the ability to both Inspire and Motivate
