Job descriptions:
**Teach English to kids in China aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students
**Plan and deliver lessons to children creating activities that are fun and educational
**Motivate and stimulate children’s abilities using a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc)
**Provide outstanding teaching to create a vibrant and distinctive culture for learning for young people
**Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to both Chinese kids and teens
**Encourage students to communicate with each other using the structures and vocabulary they've learned
**Help to improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
**work in strict contact with the rest of the teaching team

Requirements:
