SeekTeachers is currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed A Level Psychology teacher on behalf of our client in China. This position is to start in August 2018 and based in the beautiful Shanghai!!
 
Our client is a post 16 school located in Shanghai city and offers full-time education to children aged between 15 and 18 adopting the Cambridge International Examinations syllabus. 
 
An ideal candidate should have the following:
 
**Bachelor degree in Psychology or related subject
**Teaching qualification 
**Minimum of two years teaching experience, NQT will be considered 
**Flexible to adapt to a new culture 
**Native English speaker
**Good understanding of the CIE curriculum

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 27,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 7,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
8,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
