Job Description of an ESL Teacher:

To teach students according to their educational needs, including the setting and marking of work to be

carried out by the student in school and elsewhere

To use teaching strategies which will engage and challenge students appropriate to their needs and the

demands of the syllabus

To assess, record and report on the attendance, progress, development and attainment of students and to

keep such records as are required

To provide, or contribute to, oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual

students and groups of students

To ensure that ICT, literacy, numeracy, cross-curricular aspects and school subject specialism(s) are

reflected in the teaching/learning experience of students
ESL Teachers requirements:

The ability to obtain a clear background check

The ability to live abroad for at least one year

A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 16,400 up to 16,400
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
10-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
Flight Ticket Reimbursed CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
